Digital Systems Support Program
The Digital Systems Support Program is an initiative of the Transforming Queensland Manufacturing Strategy 2025–2030. It is designed to help local manufacturers in the Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast regions better understand and optimise digital requirements needed to drive productive performance.
You will get access to a digital transformation expert who will help you identify digital projects that can optimise processes, drive efficiency, ensure data transparency and enhance business competitiveness.
Eligibility criteria
To qualify for the program, your manufacturing business must:

- be based within the Toowoomba or Darling Downs – Maranoa SA4 regions or the Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast, Noosa or Gympie local government areas

- a digital systems assessment report outlining the findings from the assessment and key recommendations for improvement
- tailored support to implement an identified digital project.
Costs
The cost to eligible businesses is $3,000.
The total cost to deliver the program is approximately $15,000; however, the Queensland Government subsidises 80 per cent of this cost. We also cover the cost of travel for any onsite visits to ensure you benefit from in-person support.
