Payments to suppliers

The Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing and Regional and Rural Development uses Eftsure, an Australian-owned payment software provider, to securely manage and verify supplier information.

Eftsure protects against fraud by validating company name, ABN, GST registration status and bank account details in real time, to ensure payments are made to the intended recipient.

How to verify your bank details

If you are a new or unverified vendor of the department, you will receive an email from Eftsure to verify your information and bank account details. The email will be sent from noreply_verification@nrmmrrd.qld.gov.au.

The department cannot pay you until your details have been verified.
