Leadership program 2026

The Women in Manufacturing (WIM) Leadership Program is a free 4-month online program, starting in April 2026.

The program is designed for women who keep Queensland’s manufacturing operations running—top and middle-level leaders who manage production lines, solve on‑the‑spot challenges, and drive continuous improvement every day. It is targeted at women who work in manufacturing operations in the Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane regions.

Through workshops, one-on-one coaching and networking opportunities, participants will gain the skills and confidence to excel in their leadership roles.

Program overview

Months 1 to 3: Attend 3 half‑day workshops and three 1.5‑hour one‑on‑one coaching sessions (one workshop and one coaching session each month).
Month 4: Complete one final 1.5 hour one‑on‑one coaching session at your workplace.
