Impact analysis statements

Under the Queensland Government Better Regulation policy, we are required to complete an impact analysis statement for all regulatory proposals. The policy provides guidance for the development and review of regulations, and the statement is our assessment of the proposal under the policy. These statements are then approved and signed by the Minister and Director-General.
