Inside Advanced Manufacturing exhibitors

Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at the 2026 Inside Advanced Manufacturing event.

Registrations open

We're now accepting registrations to host tours. You'll be able to let us know your preferred dates and times for tours, as well as complete a mandatory workplace health and safety assessment.

Register as an exhibitor

Tours and presentations

If you are an exhibitor, you will need to provide a one-hour tour and presentation at your manufacturing facility to other manufacturers (delegates). You can provide additional tours if you would like.

You are responsible for organising and delivering the tour and presentation, but to help you we will:

  • provide advice about what to include in your presentation and how to deliver it to the target audience
  • provide an officer to visit your facility to provide pre-tour advice and identify locations within the facility that may be suitable for the tour (if requested)
  • manage the registration of delegates and provide you with notification of registered delegates for your tour (you have the right to decline attendees)
  • provide microphones and other speaking devices for use on all required tours
  • be onsite on the day to manage the sign-in process for delegates.

The Minister and other elected officials may visit your site. In this event, we will contact you separately regarding the details and any additional requirements.

Withdrawing as an exhibitor

You must provide at least 2 weeks' notice if you intend to withdraw from the event. This will enable us to approach other potential exhibitors.

Health and safety

You are responsible for ensuring that your organisation and facility comply with all workplace health and safety laws, regulations and applicable Codes of Practice.

Delegates must undertake site and safety inductions, if this is standard practice for visitors at your facility. You should also have sufficient personal protective equipment (PPE) for each delegate. We can provide additional PPE if needed.

Expenses

We will provide the following items:

  • additional personal protective equipment for the event (if required)
  • bottled water for delegates.

It is unlikely you will incur costs in relation to the event. However, we will consider expense items on a case-by-case basis if you obtain the department's consent before purchase.

In these cases, you must provide a valid tax invoice and supporting information before we will reimburse the reasonable costs.

Legal considerations

Confidentiality and intellectual property rights

It is your responsibility to protect your intellectual property and maintain the confidentiality of your commercial information. This can include business processes, equipment, trade secrets and ‘know how’.

We do not accept liability or responsibility for any intentional or inadvertent disclosures of intellectual property or confidential information.

Insurance

Your insurance policies will need to extend to the delegates who will be visiting your site.

We expect that, at a minimum, this would include public liability insurance, but also any specific insurances relevant to your site and operations.

Images and material

We may ask your consent to use images or material for advertising and promotional activities. We will agree the terms of use in writing.

Loss or damage

You release the department from any claims for loss or damage incurred by you, either directly or as a result of third-party claims, arising in connection with the event.

Delegate terms and conditions

Delegates will be asked to acknowledge and accept terms and conditions which will apply to their participation in a tour and presentation.

We will provide you with a list of prospective delegates for the tour at your facility. You can approve or reject proposed delegates. Only approved delegates will receive an invitation to attend the tour at your facility.

It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself with the terms and conditions for attendance at the event. You may also need to consider any necessary adjustments to your business operations during the event, such as closing off part of your facility.
